Finca La Virginia

Neider and Maribel Criollo own Finca la Virginia in Colombia, cultivating coffee varietals such as Colombia, Castillo, and Pink Bourbon since 2014. Their main partnership began in 2019 with Fairfield Trading (FFT Colombia), who has a longstanding relationship with Collaborative Coffee Source, our green coffee supplier. Together, FFT Colombia and Collaborative Coffee Source provide high-quality green coffee to roasters globally, including Kaito Coffee Roasters. FFT Colombia purchases most of the Criollo's coffee at above-market rates and offers additional bonuses tied to the coffee's market success. This beneficial partnership has allowed the Criollos to invest in various farm improvements and inspire other regional growers to enhance their coffee quality.
