We ship on a fixed schedule. While you can indicate a preferred delivery day, it ultimately depends on the carrier’s availability in your area.
We roast and ship coffee every Monday. Orders placed before 6:00 AM (ET) on Monday ship the same day. Orders placed after that time may ship later in the week or the following Monday to ensure freshness.
Absolutely. Just let us know in the notes section of your order and tell us what brewing equipment you're using so we can grind each coffee appropriately.
